 How do I order?

I am glad you asked!  We offer several convenient ways for you to purchase.  For now, by telephone, mail order or if you are in the area visit our Roanoke, Virginia location.

 How do you handle Shipping?

We can ship your products by US Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS).  The shipping cost will include any packaging material used to get your order ready for shipping.

 How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are shipped out within seven to ten business days.  Orders may take longer during the holiday season.  Should we be out of  the product you have ordered, we will contact you via email or phone.

 What is your return policy?

Windsor Gifts will be happy to exchange any gift item or issue a store credit on all non-used items.  Food and beauty items are non-returnable in accordance with all state and local health regulations.  All returns must be within 30 days of receiving your order.

 What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express by phone.

 Do you have a privacy policy?

All forms, surveys, and personal information is considered strictly confidential and will never be used other than between yourself and Windsor Gifts.

 What happens if I do not receive my order?

All packages are insured and tractable by the carrier.  Please email/phone us concerning any issues or problems.  We will work out your problem as soon as possible.

 How will I know when my order has been shipped?

Windsor Gifts will send you an email confirmation the day your order is shipped.  It is our job to make your purchase experience with us as smooth as possible.

 What are your hours of retail operations?

Regular business hours are Tuesday through Friday 10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. and Saturday 11:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.
